Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Khazina ("we", "us"), the provider of the Khazina family expense management service (the "Service"). By using the Service you are contracting with Khazina.

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a family or organisation, you confirm you are of legal age and have authority to accept these terms.

Khazina lets families record expenses, set budgets, share needs lists and view analytics. Premium plans unlock additional features for the whole family. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or interfering with security; reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits.

Some features (advisor, receipt scanning) use AI. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying outputs, and for how you use them. We may filter or refuse outputs and restrict accounts that misuse these features.

Khazina retains all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of business. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Contact: support@khazina.site.
