• Family financial data you enter: expenses, budgets, needs lists, receipts.
• Location data, only if you explicitly approve location sharing.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, login records, usage logs.
• Support messages you send us.

• Creating your account and providing the Service — contract performance.
• Security, fraud prevention and audit logs — legitimate interests.
• Location sharing and push notifications — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Product improvement and customer support — legitimate interests.
• Meeting legal and tax obligations — legal obligation.

• Service providers: hosting, database, email delivery and AI processing providers.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. When no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within one month.

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, strict per-family access controls and audit logging.

We use only essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, language and app preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear them from your browser settings.
